YBF series large main fan to cyclone dedicated motor is a supporting product designed specifically for the current domestic high-power FBCDZ series counter rotating main fan. The motor shell adopts a steel plate welded structure, the motor below H500 adopts an external heat sink and multiple internal slots to circulate the latest international structure of the wind path, the cooling above H500 adopts a built-in pipe (air/air cooling) structure, and the stator winding adopts VPI integral immersion process, Both cast aluminum rotors and copper cage rotors adopt the hot jacket process. The motor is equipped with six winding temperature measuring elements (Pt100) (three in use and three for standby), and two bearing temperature measuring elements (Pt100) (one in the front and one in the back). These measures have improved the reliability and service life of the motor during operation.

Compared to previous YBF series motors, this product has the following advantages:
1. The bearing adopts a four-bearing combined structure with independent intellectual property rights. This bearing structure has strong bearing capacity, impact and vibration resistance, and good centering function, which can eliminate interference forces caused by system deflection and misalignment. This structure fundamentally solves the problem of short service life of the bearings for large counter cyclones, and is a special bearing structure for large counter cyclones.
2. The bearing adopts thin oil forced lubrication, which keeps the bearing in good lubrication, cooling, and cleaning conditions, further improving the reliability of bearing operation, and significantly reducing the maintenance workload of the motor.
The frequency conversion motor cooling system adopts forced air cooling to ensure the cooling air volume of the motor operating at various rotational speeds. The product also reliably insulates the bearings and adds a rotor shaft current extraction device to avoid the harm of shaft current to the bearings.
