YQW series submersible three-phase asynchronous motors have two structural types: one is YQWZ series axial flow type, and the other is YQWG series tubular type. The common characteristics of this type of motor are that the motor and pump are combined as a whole, with compact structure, good rigidity, small floor area, low infrastructure investment, and convenient use. It is used in low lift and large flow water conservancy projects, such as flood control and drainage, water environment management, and water allocation. With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the living environment, the application of this new technology will develop rapidly.
The structural feature of this motor is that they are all cylindrical structures welded with steel plates. The YQWG is a dual barrel motor located in the center of the pipe. Cooling is achieved by water flowing through its own surface. The stator adopts a Class F insulation structure, which has undergone multiple VPI impregnation processes to improve moisture resistance and insulation strength. The rotor is of a copper cage structure, and the shaft is made of stainless steel. It is equipped with devices for moisture prevention, corrosion prevention, winding bearing temperature measurement, humidity sensing, and water leakage alarm, which improves the reliability and service life of the motor during underwater operation.
